Arsenal attacking midfielder Ethan Nwaneri has decided that he wants to join a “big club abroad” if he does opt for a move away from the Emirates in the future, according to reports.
The Independent claim that the teenager is attracting interest from Bournemouth, who are hoping to snap him up on loan this month.

With the Cherries poised to lose Antoine Semenyo, they are keen to strengthen their forward line before the transfer window closes, and they have identified Nwaneri as a potential target.
However, the 18-year-old is not particularly keen on leaving the Gunners at the moment. It is believed that the player feels he will learn more by staying where he is, despite his lack of playing opportunities.
Nwaneri has struggled to get minutes
Speculation about the youngster’s future has increased in recent weeks, mainly due to the fact that he hasn’t made the last two matchday squads against Aston Villa and Bournemouth.
Manager Mikel Arteta has too many other options available to him currently, but Nwaneri is likely to feature in the FA Cup third-round tie against Portsmouth at Fratton Park this weekend.
He will consider his Arsenal future this summer
While a departure in January (on loan or on a permanent basis) does not appear to be on the cards, things could change at the end of the season.
Like all players, Nwaneri will assess his options, but The Independent believe his “preference” would be to leave the UK entirely if he felt he needed to move
It would rule out a transfer to Chelsea, who have been linked with Nwaneri. Borussia Dortmund have been mentioned as another potential suitor, although there will likely be plenty more if it becomes known that he does want to go.
