Marc Guehi
Marc Guehi is wanted by a number of Premier League clubs
Hello and welcome to transfer news live blog on Friday, January 9.
Liverpool came away with one point from the Emirates Stadium following a goalless draw against Premier League leaders Arsenal on Thursday. Arne Slot was handed another injury blow, with Conor Bradley suffering a serious looking knee injury and having to be stretchered off.
Away from the pitch, rumours have continued with the January transfer window in full swing. Liverpool remain heavily linked with Crystal Palace defender , who saw a £35million move to Anfield collapse last summer.
Antoine Semenyo has also attracted interest from Liverpool, but reports now suggest the forward is edging closer to a move to Manchester City after earlier links with the Reds.

Roony Bardghji 'bid'
TEAMtalk claim Liverpool have identified Barcelona's Roony Bardghji as their newest winger target.
Liverpool scouts have reportedly been impressed by Bardghji's displays for Barcelona this season and are said to have set their sights on securing him in a significant January move.
An offer of €50m (£43m) has reportedly been 'prepared' and they believe Barcelona may accept given their ongoing financial difficulties.

The Mirror claim Arsenal have entered the race to compete with Liverpool for Guehi.
Man City are currently leading the pack to secure Guehi, but now face competition from not just Liverpool, but also Arsenal.
However, it remains uncertain whether Mikel Arteta's side will hold off until the summer or seize the opportunity for a discounted deal this month.
Arsenal already boast a strong defensive line-up after recent acquisitions, including Piero Hincapie and Cristhian Mosquera last summer.

Liverpool reach agreement
Liverpool have reportedly reached a verbal agreement to sign left-sided centre-back Mor Ndiaye, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The ECHO recently revealed that team were making headway in negotiations to bring the 17-year-old Senegalese defender on board.
Upon his arrival, Ndiaye will join Rob Page's under-21s, while Amara Nallo could potentially be loaned out. Earlier this month, Liverpool bolstered their defence with the signing of 19-year-old Noah Adekoya from Burnley, who will also be part of Page's defensive line-up.
