Liverpool are working fast in this January transfer window.

The club have confirmed their second transfer in just one day.

And that’s after completing two deals in the first week.

The Reds hierarchy sure don’t like to mess around when it comes to transfers.

Earlier today, Liverpool officially announced signing Anna Josendal from Hammarby IF.

The Norway forward has joined Liverpool Women’s as the third signing for that club.

And the reinforcements keep on coming.

This time, for the under-21 squad.

Liverpool have officially confirmed the signing of defender Mor Talla Ndiaye from Amitie FC subject to international clearance.

The 18-year-old Senegal centre back has been added to the under 21 squad as communicated by the club.

News of the transfer had been gathering pace in the past few days.

Fabrizio Romano reported just yesterday that Liverpool had reached an agreement to sign the defender.

Just over 24 hours later, the club have signed, sealed and delivered the player.

Ndiaye caught the eye of the club with his performances at the FIFA U17 World Cup in November.

It appears as if the club made their move quickly to bring the talented youngster to Merseyside as quickly as possible.

While starting out with the under 21 squad to begin with, it’s expected that the club have signed the youngster with his being viewed as a potential first team player at some point in the future.

Further details to be added shortly…
