Per ESPN, Morant reportedly hasn't moved on yet from his one-game suspension last November, as he felt "alienated" by his teammates.
As Ja Morant is now officially on the trade block for the Memphis Grizzlies, the star guard has been disgruntled about how he was treated earlier this season.

Morant was notably suspended for one game last November due to "conduct detrimental to the team." Per ESPN's Michael C. Wright, Morant remains infuriated over this incident due to the lack of support he gained from his teammates.
"League sources told ESPN's Michael C. Wright that Morant still hasn't gotten over the suspension because he felt alienated by teammates, who were told to leave the star guard alone so he could work through the issues that led to the suspension," the article says.
"In the aftermath, Morant told players around the league and some of his former coaches that he isn't playing for Memphis anymore, according to sources."
Morant and head coach Tuomas Iisalo reportedly confronted each other following their loss against the LA Lakers, in which the Finnish mentor challenged the franchise guard's leadership. Morant didn't like the team's structure and substitution patterns from Iisalo.
As such, he delivered an infamous postgame rant and told reporters, "Go ask the coaching staff" about what went wrong with the team.
Morant is currently averaging 19.0 points per game, the lowest since his 2019-20 rookie season. He's shooting a career-low 40 percent from the field (21 percent on three-pointers).
He only played in 18 of the Grizzlies' 38 games this season due to injuries and remains inactive because of a right calf contusion. Memphis is currently 10th in the West with a 16-21 record.
Three teams have been linked in a potential Morant deal with the Grizzlies.
