RB Leipzig rising star Yan Diomande has revealed he wants to play for Liverpool after admitting he is a lifelong fan of the club.
The £87m Ivory Coast winger’s future has been the subject of heavy speculation in recent weeks, with reports linking him to a move away from Leipzig amid his breakout season in the Bundesliga.
Liverpool are believed to be among the clubs keeping tabs on Diomande and may have just received a huge boost in their potential efforts to lure the 19-year-old to Anfield.
Diomande is unlikely to leave Leipzig during the January transfer window, having only joined the club from Spanish side Leganes before the season.
