This season marks five years since we began our No More Red campaign alongside adidas - a long-term commitment to tackling the root causes of youth violence in London.
We're proud of what we've achieved together across our three key pillars of safe spaces, role models, and connections:
Our work to create safe spaces has had a lasting impact in the local community. By refurbishing four pitches, we have provided welcoming, inclusive environments where young people can come together and thrive. In total, 1,334 sessions have been delivered across more than 2,200 hours, engaging 2,666 unique participants and generating over 7,400 attendances. Alongside this, more than 26,000 hours of open access ensure these spaces remain available to the community year-round.
We also celebrate and invest in role models who inspire positive change. To date, 272 young people have received the No More Red white shirt, in recognition of significant personal or professional achievement or resilience in overcoming adversity, or showing a long-term commitment to their local community. By highlighting these individuals, we encourage others to follow their lead and believe in their potential.
Through meaningful connections, we open doors for young people to access new opportunities. Over the first four years of the campaign, immersive workshops, partner projects, and career pathways have supported over 50 young people through volunteering, education, and employment. From the NMR Collective in 2022 and the Cambridge Social Action Project in 2023, to the Fashion Project in 2024 and the Music Project in 2025, our programmes continue to grow—helping young people build skills, confidence, and a strong sense of belonging.
This year, the journey continues. Together, we are moving the campaign forward with an even stronger focus on putting our local community at the heart of everything we do.
Together, we still have work to do but our ambition is unwavering, and our community has never been stronger. Later this year, the journey will continue with an increased focus on putting our local community - and the people and partners driving change every day - at the centre of No More Red.
