Arsenal are among the Premier League clubs interested in signing Wolves rising star Mateus Mane amid his breakout season, according to reports.
The North London side are believed to have closely watched Mane’s performances lately and have made an enquiry with the 18-year-old’s camp.
Mane has been promoted to Wolves’ first team under manager Rob Edwards and has been repaying that trust with a series of impressive performances.
It is believed that more than half of the Premier League clubs have watched the midfielder in action this month, although a move in January appears unlikely at this stage.

According to TEAMtalk, Wolves are reluctant to let Mane leave mid-season, while the midfielder himself is also believed to be focused on the Molineux side for now.
The 18-year-old is reportedly in no hurry to switch clubs at this point in the campaign, meaning his potential suitors will have to wait at least until the summer transfer window to make a move.
Mane, who came through Rochdale’s academy before signing for Wolves in 2024, has arguably been their best player in recent weeks.
The 'special' midfielder has scored in back-to-back Premier League games this month, netting in a 3-0 win over West Ham and a 1-1 draw with Everton, and has also registered an assist.
Scouts from Manchester United, Liverpool and Manchester City were reportedly all in attendance at Hill Dickinson Stadium this week to see Mane shine again for Edwards’ side.
Although his situation could open up if Wolves are relegated, the Molineux outfit are in a strong negotiating position, with Mane under contract until the summer of 2029.
January Signings Unlikely for Arsenal
Arsenal sporting director Andrea Berta watching on
Arsenal are likely to remain quiet in the January transfer window after significantly building up their squad depth last summer, which saw eight new players arrive.
Mikel Arteta’s side were the third-biggest spenders in the Premier League during the summer window and have no pressing need to spend money on another first-team calibre player.
The Gunners, who are six points clear at the top of the Premier League table, have several injury concerns at the moment, particularly in defence.
Arsenal were without Cristhian Mosquera and Riccardo Calafiori for their 0-0 draw with Liverpool on Thursday and saw Piero Hincapie limp off in the second half.
Myles Lewis-Skelly replaced the injured Ecuadorian and is currently Arsenal’s only fit option at left-back ahead of their FA Cup tie against Portsmouth on Sunday.
