Liverpool supporters are desperate to see some movement in the January transfer window after injury decimated their squad.
The Reds are looking a little short in attack currently, with a serious injury to Alexander Isak depleting Arne Slot’s options.
Many supporters had hoped to see a move for Antoine Semenyo come to fruition, but having watched the Ghanaian join Manchester City, that dream has been dashed.

Semenyo seemingly preferred to join City despite Liverpool‘s best efforts, but despite his hesitation, there are many players out there who would jump at the chance of a move to Anfield.
One of them is Club Brugge’s in-form winger Christos Tzolis, who has admitted that he would love to join the Reds and would be happy to do so during the ongoing winter market.
Christos Tzolis would join Liverpool this month
Tzolis is best known to English football supporters for a slightly underwhelming spell with Norwich between 2021 and 2023.
However, the Greek was just a teenager when he joined the Canaries from PAOK, and he has since found a real home at Brugge.

Still only 23, Tzolis has hit an incredible 11 goals and 15 assists across 30 games for Brugge this season, leading to speculation that he could leave the Belgian club.
Asked about that possibility for Het Nieuwsblad this week, Tzolis suggested that although he would rather stay where he is for the rest of the campaign, he would go if a club like Liverpool come in.
“I’m not aware of any concrete interest at the moment, so I’m not even considering it. Maybe you know more than I do,” he said with a laugh. “I’d like to win the title here first. Although you never know, so I can’t say with 100% certainty that I’ll stay this winter.”

“If a crazy team comes along, like Barcelona, Liverpool… Anyway, you know what I mean. But I don’t think that will happen in the winter.”
What kind of player is Tzolis?
If there is one thing that Tzolis is known for, it is his excellent creative output.
Described as ‘dynamic and creative’ by Greek football expert Stephen Kountourou back in March last year, he has put up some impressive numbers this season.
Tzolis tops the Super League assist charts with nine this season, already matching his tally from last year, which saw him finish in second place.
The Greece international has also set up five Champions League goals, suggesting that his talents can translate to a bigger stage.
Nominally operating from the left wing, Tzolis is a real livewire who loves to take on his man, get shots off and look for a killer final ball. If Liverpool want to do it, it sounds as though the Greek would be right up for it. He could be just what they are missing.
