The club have confirmed the shocking news.
Liverpool Football Club has today confirmed that Conor Bradley has suffered a significant knee injury.
The right-back suffered the injury in the final stages of Liverpool’s most recent Premier League outing against Arsenal at the Emirates.
Conor Bradley will undergo surgery in the coming days and begin a period of rehabilitation at the AXA Training Centre.
Scans revealed that the injury is not an anterior cruciate ligament tear, but rather damage to both bones and ligaments in his left knee.
The Northern Ireland international’s season is over.
It is a massive blow for Conor Bradley, after the young man hoped to make a real impact this season, with the intention of cementing his place as the Reds starting right-back after the departure of Trent Alexander-Arnold.
Instead, injuries have massively derailed his progress this year, and after recovering from his most recent setback, he has now been ruled out for the rest of the season.
A devastating blow for the player and the club.
