Raptors vs. 76ers: Scottie Barnes calls game in overtime

Scottie Barnes logged 43 minutes in Sunday night’s game, and the Raptors needed every one of them to beat the short-handed but pesky Philadelphia 76ers.

Barnes stepped to the free-throw line with less than a second to go in overtime, the score tied and a loud Scotiabank Arena crowd on their feet. He swished the first try, then intentionally missed the second. The ball was deflected, time expired and the Raptors escaped with a 116-115 victory in the first of back-to-back home games against the Sixers.
