Arsenal are ready to make a move for Newcastle United full-back Tino Livramento in the summer.
Manchester City are also considering trying to buy the 23-year old.
Livramento joined Newcastle from Southampton in 2023 in a deal worth £30m and he has made 98 appearances for the club, scoring once. The South Coast club had previously bought him from Chelsea for £4 million, who had included a substantial sell-on clause in the deal.
He has also been capped by England three times at senior level.
There are currently two years’ left on his existing deal at St. James Park, and there have been no talks about a new deal, although the interest from other clubs could force Newcastle’s hand, as they do not want to lose him.
Although nominally a right-back, his versatility makes him an attractive option for the Gunners, as he can also play on the left-side, where Myles Lewis-Skelly has had his issues this season, whilst Riccardo Califioiri has had recent injury issues.
