The FA Cup fourth round draw takes place this evening (Monday), with Chelsea will discover our next opponents in this season’s competition after Saturday’s 5-1 win over Charlton Athletic.
Our 5-1 victory at the Valley ensured the name of Chelsea will be in the hat for the fourth round, with 16 FA Cup ties set to be pulled out.
In the third round Macclesfield, of the National League North, provided one of the greatest FA Cup upsets of all time by beating holders Crystal Palace, while Wrexham also knocked out Premier League opposition in the form of Nottingham Forest. Salford’s third round tie against Swindon was postponed and will now take place on 20 January.

The FA Cup fourth round draw will take place at Anfield on Monday 12 January, ahead of the third-round tie between Liverpool and Barnsley.
The FA Cup draw will begin at approximately 6.35pm UK time.

Fans in the UK can watch the FA Cup fourth round draw live on TNT Sports 1 and Discovery+, with the broadcast also streamed on the TNT Sports YouTube channel. How does the FA Cup fourth round draw work?
The 32 teams who progressed from their third round ties will be in the fourth round draw, although when it takes place we won’t know the winner of Liverpool vs Barnsley, who played later in the evening, or Salford vs Swindon following the postponement of that game.
