Non-League Macclesfield were rewarded for their defeat of Crystal Palace with a trip to a Premier League club Brentford
Macclesfield must upstage another Premier League side if they are to continue their fairytale FA Cup run after drawing Brentford in the fourth round.
The National League North team produced one of the greatest upsets in the competition’s history when they defeated holders Crystal Palace 2-1 at Moss Rose on Saturday.
John Rooney’s giant-killers are at home once again for their tie against Brentford, who are positioned fifth in the Premier League.
“We said before that we would have liked to get Liverpool, Chelsea or Arsenal, but another Premier League side is incredible,” Rooney said.

Five lesser-fancied sides hoping to go far in the Cup
Macclesfield
Crystal Palace fell victim to giant-killing Macclesfield who became the first non-League team to knock out the FA Cup holders since 1908-09. The victory was deserved, a well-organised team bettered their opponents throughout the game, only conceding a brilliant free kick by Yeremy Pino in the 90th minute.
Bristol City
In the match between Championship sides Bristol City and Watford, the hosts emphatically beat the visitors 5-1. Emil Riis Jakobsen scored a hat-trick that helped the home side cruise into the hat for the fourth round.

Mansfield Town
Louis Reed was at the double against his former side at Bramall Lane as Mansfield knocked out Championship side Sheffield United in a seven-goal thriller. Approximately 5,000 travelling fans got behind their side after they took the lead early on.
Burton Albion
League One side Burton Albion crushed the dreams of an FA Cup miracle for Boreham Wood after beating the National League side 5-0 at Meadow Park. With five different goal-scorers, Burton were positive going forward and took the lead just after half an hour and doubled their lead before half-time.
Wolves
After a lacklustre start to their Premier League campaign, it seems as if the ship has steadied (slightly) as Wolves are unbeaten in four games. A brilliant Jorgen Strand Larsen put an end to his goal drought in stylish fashion, scoring his first professional hat-trick in a 6-1 win over Shrewsbury Town.
