Washington (ankle) will be out at least another week for Dallas.

The Dallas Mavericks will still be without PJ Washington.

In his pregame talk ahead of the Mavs' home matchup against the Brooklyn Nets, Jason Kidd revealed that he expects Washington to be back for another week amid ongoing ankle recovery.

"He's doing court work and hopefully he's back in a week," Kidd told reporters, via Mike Curtis.

Washington has missed the last three games for Dallas already after sustaining a right ankle sprain earlier this month.

He is averaging 14.7 points and 7.4 rebounds in 30 games.

With Washington still sidelined, Naji Marshall, Caleb Martin and Klay Thompson are poised to maintain their increased minutes under Kidd.
