Luka Doncic has reportedly been calling Dennis Schroder a "b*tch" since the offseason, when they played each other in EuroBasket, which ignited their confrontation last month.
The confrontation between Los Angeles Lakers star Luka Doncic and Sacramento Kings guard Dennis Schroder drew widespread attention during their game on Dec. 28 in Los Angeles.

Doncic and Schroder exchanged words throughout the game, and tensions flared again afterward when Schroder spotted Doncic in the tunnel near the Lakers’ bench.
According to the NBA, roughly 40 minutes after the game ended, Schroder confronted Doncic, saying he couldn’t be called a “b*tch” on the court and then act as if nothing happened afterward.
The league determined that Schroder attempted to strike Doncic during the post-game confrontation, resulting in a three-game suspension for Schroder.
Reportedly, this feud dates back to the offseason, when the two faced each other in EuroBasket.
According to Shams Charania of ESPN, Doncic had been calling Schroder a "b*tch" "for the last few games, even going back to the offseason."
During the FIBA EuroBasket 2025 quarterfinals, Schroder led Germany to a comeback win over Slovenia, eliminating Doncic’s national team from medal contention. The loss sparked frustration among Slovenian players, who openly criticized the officiating.
Germany went on to win the tournament, with Schroder ultimately being named EuroBasket MVP.
