Chelsea vs Arsenal LIVE
Stamford Bridge plays host tonight to a huge Carabao Cup semi-final as two huge London rivals face off for a first-leg advantage. For the hosts, it is a first real test for rookie head coach Liam Rosenior, who kicked off his tenure with a 5-1 win over Charlton in the FA Cup but now faces the best team in the country.
But the omens may be with the Blues. Chelsea either get knocked out early of reached the semi-finals of the League Cup, and once in the final four they often progress to the final. Of their last five semi-final berths, they have progressed four times. It is a different story for Arsenal, who have never won a two-legged semi-final with Mikel Arteta as their manager.
In fact, it is coming up to the six-year anniversary of Arsenal winning a trophy. Despite their clear progress in recent seasons, they have very little to show for it. This year could be all change, though, as they are heavy favourites to win the Premier League, and will fancy their chances of lifting the Carabao Cup. Follow all the action LIVE below, featuring expert insight and analysis from Dom Smith and Matt Verri.
