76ers Injury Report: Final status of Joel Embiid, Paul George vs. Cavs

Embiid (knee, adductor) and George (injury management) are good to go for the 76ers against the Cavaliers.

The Philadelphia 76ers will continue to have their two franchise stars available.

Ahead of their home matchup against the Cleveland Cavaliers, Joel Embiid (knee, adductor) and Paul George (injury management) have been made active to play on Wednesday evening. Both players will be starting alongside Tyrese Maxey, VJ Edgecombe and Dominick Barlow.

Embiid and George were initially listed as questionable, but the 76ers appear compelled about the full status and wellness of the two.

The duo helped the Sixers take a 115-102 win over the Toronto Raptors last Monday. Embiid and George didn't play on both teams' first matchup of back-to-back sets, in which Toronto prevailed with a tight 116-115 win.

Embiid is averaging 23.7 points and 7.1 boards in 20 games this season, while George is registering 15.9 points, 5.3 boards and 3.6 assists in 21 appearances.

Philly holds a 22-16 record, good enough for the No. 5 spot of the East.
