A Royton restaurant welcomed a "special guest" when Manchester City and England star Phil Foden paid a visit.
Mazzo Restaurant on Radcliffe Street was visited by the footballer at the weekend, with the star player posing for a picture with a staff member.
A post shared on Mazzo's Facebook page on Sunday (January 11) read: "When world-class football meets world-class food. Phil Foden special guest at Mazzo."

The 25-year-old, who is originally from Stockport, popped into the restaurant the day after Man City recorded a staggering 10-1 win in the FA Cup against Exeter City, where Foden was an unused sub.
Mazzo specialises in Italian food including antipasti, pasta and pizza.
Many in the comments chimed in on the star's appearance, with one commenting: "As if I’ve missed this again, I live like two minutes away."
Another wrote: "This is incredible - world-class food and football, what more can you ask for? The setting looks perfect."
Foden's visit to Oldham for food is not the first time Man City stars have been spotted dining in the borough.
In May 2022, the entire squad and staff said gooodbye to former captain Fernandinho by dining at Sul Lago, an Italian restaurant in Daisy Nook, days before they won the Premier League title.
A year later, Bury native Rico Lewis was spotted at The Old Bell Inn in Delph where he dined with his family to celebrate the 70th birthday of his grandfather, Alec, who is from Waterhead.
Alongside that, Oldham ice cream man Ejaz Azam served striker Erling Haaland at a party following the club's treble win back in June 2023, before the Norwegian got in the truck and started serving ice cream himself.
