For the second consecutive game, Anthony Edwards won't be suiting up.
Minnesota Timberwolves / Schedule
The Minnesota Timberwolves announced on their early injury report that Edwards (injury maintenance) won't be playing on Thursday's road clash in Houston against the Rockets.
Edwards didn't play in the team's dominant 139-106 win over the Milwaukee Bucks due to right foot injury maintenance. Considering how well they played against the Bucks, the T-Wolves are determined to perform without their franchise star.
The superstar guard appeared in 33 games so far this season. He is averaging a career-best 28.9 points along with 5.0 rebounds and 3.8 assists.
The Wolves are currently at No. 4 in the West with a 27-14 record.
With Edwards out, Mike Conley Jr. might start again for Minnesota.
