**West Ham have been sporadically linked with a move for Oleksandr Zinchenko, the Ukranian is playing for Nottingham Forest on loan from Arsenal.**
Zinchenko has always been a good Premier League player, originally an attacking midfielder, he became a decent left-back at both Manchester City and Arsenal.
However, while the Hammers could use him there if they were to sign him, I think he could be a good addition to the midfield.
He hasn’t had a great time at Nottingham Forest at all, he’s only made four Premier League starts. Manager Sean Dyche has let him know he won’t be playing much for the rest of the season.
Forest don’t have an option to cut short Zinchenko’s season-long loan move in January, while Arsenal have a full quota of players in their squad.
So, if Forest do decide that they wish to move Zinchenko on, it would likely require interest from a new club.
I’m unsure whether Nuno wanted to bring Zinchenko to Forest at the start of the season, or he was another player forced on him by Maranakis. But I do know he would be a good addition to the squad in terms of creativity from both midfield and left back/wing back.
There are probably better options than Zinchenko, however, if Nuno wants to go for PL proven players he is certainly that.
