Omar Marmoush remains at AFCON with the Egyptian national team, whilst Nico Gonzalez is a doubt after suffering a knock.

“We’ll see this afternoon in training.” Guardiola said at Friday's press conference.

“When [Omar] finishes the third place play-off game, he’ll come back,” he said.

“Without John, without Ruben, without Josko, we’re in a difficult situation [defensively] not for one game, but for a long, long period.

“Ruben will be back soon, John hopefully - we’ll see but Josko, no.”

City drew their last game at Old Trafford 0-0. Overall City have won 61 of the 186 games played against the Red Devils, with 51 draw and 74 defeats.
