FC Barcelona are looking to extend their hot streak with a trip to the Basque province to take on Real Sociedad on Sunday.
The Blaugrana are currently riding an 11-game winning run, most recently beating Racing Santander 2-0 in the Round of 16 of the Copa Del Rey on Thursday.
Barca are also fresh off their first title conquest of the campaign, having defeated Real Madrid 3-2 in the Spanish Supercup final in Saudi Arabia on Sunday.
The Catalans still sit atop the La Liga standings with 49 points through 19 games, four ahead of Madrid in second place. Hansi Flick's troops beat Espanyol 2-0 in their last league outing two weeks ago.
Real Sociedad, meanwhile, have looked like a shell of their usual selves this season, currently sitting in 11th place in the league with five wins, six draws and eight losses. They enjoyed a penalty-shootout win over Osasuna to book their place in the last eight of the Copa Del Rey on Tuesday, and have registered at least one point in their last five games in all competitions.
Barcelona won the reverse fixture 2-1 back in September thanks to a second-half winner by Robert Lewandowski.
