Now, according to Foot Mercato, Chelsea and Jeremy Jacquet have reached a contractual agreement.
But, they want the biggest sale in the club’s history, with the fee now stated as €70M (£60 million).
Rennes and Chelsea continue negotiations for the 20-year-old defender.
