Schoolboys Mishel Nduka and Emerson Nwaneri have been named in the starting lineup as they make their debuts for Arsenal U21s away to Liverpool today.
There is a start in goal for Remy Mitchell, while it appears that Seb Ferdinand will be deployed at the base of the midfield.
Nduka, who joined from Charlton Athletic’s academy earlier this season, made his debut for Arsenal U19s against Club Brugge but was sent off in that game.
Nwaneri has also previously featured for the U19s but this is his first involvement with the U21s.
There are first callups at this level on the bench for goalkeeper Jack Talbot and schoolboy defender Angelinou Pedro.
First year scholars Saurap Sampang and Maalik Hashi are also on the bench along with forward Daniel Oyetunde.
Arsenal are without a host of players who were involved in the defeat to Manchester City in the FA Youth Cup last night.
