Chelsea fans have made their feelings known at the peaceful protest ahead of today’s Premier League clash with Brentford.

It’s safe to say that Chelsea fans are beyond fed up with the ownership at Stamford Bridge. The constant micromanagement and lack of care shown towards this historic club are taking their toll.

A protest was organised for Chelsea fans to voice their frustrations ahead of the Brentford clash today, and they’ve more than done themselves proud.

What didn’t help was the fact that Liam Rosenior bigged up the owners less than 24 hours before the protest, which didn’t go down well.

And a chant that was heard at the protest further echoes the reaction.

Chelsea fans chant Enzo Maresca’s name at the protest

Chelsea fans had already let Behdad Eghbali know that he’s not wanted at the club, and the Enzo Maresca decision only added to that.

The protest was a chance to bring up that decision again, and that’s what supporters did.

They were heard chanting the name of Enzo Maresca, according to Simon Johnson.

It won’t fill Liam Rosenior with much confidence, and he deserves every right to prove himself as the manager of Chelsea, but comments about the owners are an easy way to lose fan trust.
