Phil Foden reportedly suffered a suspected broken hand in the derby defeat against Manchester United.
The England star was almost non-existent in the first-half before he was withdrawn at half-time, where he didn't emerge from the tunnel.
Foden was seen walking down the tunnel at the break with a member of the City medical team with his hand arm worrying positioned to keep his hand elevated.
It was initially unclear why the City attacker was replaced but it's been reported by The Telegraph that Foden may have suffered a suspected broken hand after falling on it.
Foden struggled in the first-half, alongside most of his team-mates, as United won 2-0 thanks to second-half goals from Bryan Mbeumo and Patrick Dorgu.
