Memphis Grizzlies head coach Tuomas Iisalo addressed the impact of Ja Morant's trade rumors on the team's performance this season.

Despite the topic dominating headlines recently, Iisalo insisted it hasn’t affected the team. The focus remains on the things they can control.
"I think we are focused on the things that we can control," Iisalo told Marc Stein for talkSPORT. "That's one of the things with the NBA - there's always going to be a lot of outside noise."
"But it doesn't really affect our work on a daily basis. We've just kept ploughing forward and keep doing the work, have great focus and great effort when we're here at practice," he added.
This season has been a challenging one for Morant. Injuries have limited him to just 18 games, and his offensive efficiency has dipped. He currently averages 19 points per game while shooting 40.1% from the field, the lowest mark of his career.
Meanwhile, the Grizzlies sit 11th in the Western Conference with a 17–23 record.
