Arsenal once again failed to capitalise on dropped Manchester City points in the Premier League title race as they could only muster a 0-0 draw with Nottingham Forest on Saturday evening - and it's obvious that Mikel Arteta must make a change if they are to clinch the gold medal.
City had won six Premier League games in a row to finish 2025, but through a series of late equalisers at the Etihad Stadium, it means they have failed to win in their last four in the top-flight. Manchester United were the latest side to inflict pain on Pep Guardiola's men, with their 2-0 win handing Arsenal the chance to go nine points clear in the title race.
However, Forest shut Arsenal out, becoming just the second side to do so all season. And that has highlighted the shortcomings of Viktor Gyokeres, who has only scored five Premier League goals all season with two coming from the penalty spot.
Viktor Gyokeres Has Not Been at His Best For Arsenal, Their Title Chances May be Dwindling

It's not been the most remarkable season from Gyokeres, especially after his superb form in Portugal for Sporting in the previous campaign.
A brace on his home league debut against Leeds United saw him bag twice, and that was followed up with a goal in his following game at the Emirates Stadium, incidentally against Forest.
However, it's been a barren run at the Emirates Stadium since then. The Swede has only scored two goals since, both away from home against Burnley and Everton, and he's not scored from open play in his last ten Premier League games. His performance against Forest at the City Ground on Saturday was so poor, that Gyokeres was given just a 3/10 rating against the Tricky Trees.
With Gabriel Jesus waiting on the sidelines, it seems to be the right move to play the Brazilian if Arsenal are to clinch the title. They still have a seven-point buffer over City and although that will be cut to four if Aston Villa beat Everton on Sunday afternoon, you would fancy City to run them closer over the course of the season.
Gabriel Jesus' Title Experience Could be the Difference for Arsenal

Jesus has evidently got title-winning credentials. He won the Premier League on four different occasions with City, scoring 13, seven, nine and eight goals in each of those campaigns respectively.
Although he's not been as prolific for Arsenal, only scoring 27 in all competitions and playing just 106 times in three-and-a-half years at the Emirates Stadium, his knowhow will be absolutely crucial in finally dragging Mikel Arteta's men over the line.
It's the trophy they're looking for the most. It's been 22 years since they last lifted the league title, and fans have come so close to seeing their side lift the gong in the past three years.
If Jesus can help them deliver the goods, coming in for Gyokeres would be a great move for Arteta to finally become the English champions.
