Chelsea have reportedly reached an agreement with Jeremy Jacquet on the terms of his contract, with the Rennes defender possibly set to cost €70m.

It has been claimed that CHELSEA have now reached an agreement to bring Jacquets to Stamford Bridge before the close of the transfer window, and will continue talks over the next few days to finally announce the deal.
