Jalen Green, Devin Booker questionable ahead of Nets game

Jalen Green (right hamstring strain) was upgraded to questionable ahead of the Phoenix Suns’ game against the Brooklyn Nets on Monday.

Devin Booker, who returned on Saturday against the New York Knicks after missing a game with left ankle soreness, was also listed as questionable.

Additionally, Jamaree Bouyea (concussion) was also questionable after missing the last seven games.

Green’s status for Monday’s contest comes as he has played in only two games this season due to the injury. He has been out since early November when he reaggravated the injury.

The Suns on Dec. 22 gave a reevaluation period of Jan. 5-12.

“He’s another person out there that’ll have rim presence for us and draw a lot of fouls,” Booker told reporters postgame. “We’re all getting excited for Jalen. He’s been licking his chops getting ready for this moment. I think we’ve overdone it with keeping him out. He’s going to be healthy and strong and ready to go.”

Suns-Nets will tip off at 5:30 p.m. MST on 98.7 and the Arizona Sports app.
