Adams went down and was in a ton of pain after landing poorly on his left leg as he contested Zion Williamson's shot with over nine minutes left in the fourth quarter.
He didn't return to the game, finishing the night with five points and 10 boards in 27 minutes as Houston's starting big man.
"Sprained ankle. Lots of swelling already. Nothing broken," Udoka relayed.
