Herro (rib) is set to be unavailable for the Heat's five-game road trip.
As they embark on a grinding five-game road trip, the Miami Heat will significantly miss the presence of Tyler Herro.
Miami Heat / Schedule
As announced, Herro didn't join the team's flight heading to the West Coast. He has already ruled out of the team's upcoming matchup on Monday against the Golden State Warriors.
Herro has been dealing with a right rib contusion and didn't play in the Heat's previous 122-120 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder. He is reportedly set to go MRI.
The Heat (22-20) are currently sitting at the 8th spot of the Eastern Conference and will play Sacramento, Portland, Utah and Phoenix after Golden State.
Herro has been struggling all season long with injuries. He only appeared in 11 games so far, averaging 21.9 points and 4.7 rebounds.
