Mo Salah has returned to Liverpool duty.
The Reds winger is back on Merseyside having represented Egypt at the African Cup of Nations (AFCON). Salah has missed Liverpool’s past seven games, with Egypt finishing fourth at AFCON after losing the third-place play-off to Nigeria on penalties.
Speaking before last weekend’s 1-1 draw against Burnley, Liverpool head coach Arne Slot did not confirm whether Salah would be back for the Champions League trip to Marseille on Wednesday.
