The Milwaukee Bucks, Los Angeles Clippers, Sacramento Kings, and Los Angeles Lakers have all recently shown exploratory trade interest in forward Miles Bridges, according to Evan Sidery of Forbes.

Team: Charlotte Hornets

Position: SF, SG

Age: 27

Height: 201 cm

Weight: 102 kg

Birth place: Michigan, United States of America

Per the same report, the Charlotte Hornets are open to trading starting wing Bridges before the February 5 trade deadline if they receive the right offer.

Bridges, 27, is averaging 19.1 points on 44.6% shooting from the field and 33.7% from three, along with 6.4 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game this season. The seven-year NBA veteran has spent his entire career in Charlotte.

Originally, Bridges was selected with the 12th overall pick by the LA Clippers in the 2018 NBA Draft, before being traded to the Hornets in exchange for the 11th pick, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.

The Lakers, meanwhile, are reportedly searching for a 3-and-D addition, as the roster lacks athleticism and defensive versatility. Whether Bridges -- who is a 33.9% career three-point shooter -- fits that mold well enough remains an open question.

Previously, it was reported that Klutch Sports, the agency representing LeBron James, is pushing the Lakers to pursue a trade for either Bridges or De'Andre Hunter.
