Sam Kerr gave Chelsea a half time lead after slotting home on the turn, but Caroline Weir hauled City level soon after the restart.
Ellen White put our noses in front with an instinctive close-range finish after Lauren Hemp had forced a save from Ann-Katrin Berger just before the hour.
And the turnaround was complete when Weir completed her brace with an unstoppable volley into the top corner of the Chelsea net after the holders had failed to clear a corner.
City were full value for the victory, claiming our first win over Emma Hayes’ side in ten attempts en route to our first silverware since November 2020.

Kick-off is set for 19:00 (UK) in a clash between the WSL’s top two teams, which is also a repeat of the 2025 final.
