Arsenal maintained their 100% record in the Champions League with a 3-1 victory over Inter Milan. The Gunners claimed the win against the Serie A giants at the San Siro, a result which gives them a six-point lead over second-placed Real Madrid in the standings and confirmation of qualification for the last-16 now secured.
Gabriel Jesus scored a first-half brace to give Arsenal the advantage going into the interval, with Petar Sucic’s goal for the home side seeing the Gunners lead 2-1 at the break.
Viktor Gyokeres would have to settle for a place on the bench for Arsenal, but did put in an impressive cameo performance, which ended in the striker scoring the third goal of the game for the Gunners.
Mikel Arteta’s side would go on to hold on for a well-earned three points on their trip to Milan, which maintains their 100% record in the Champions League this season with one league phase match left to play.
