After being out since November, Green will play off the bench with strict minute restriction against Philadelphia.
Jalen Green is officially back in the Phoenix Suns, but head coach Jordan Ott will be cautious in managing his workload.
Phoenix Suns / Schedule
Ahead of their Tuesday matchup against the Philadelphia 76ers, Ott revealed that Green will come off the bench and play on a strict minute restriction.
As such, Ott clarified that the Suns star will return to the starting lineup once his conditioning improves.
Green is set for a highly anticipated comeback to the hardwood. He missed 33 straight games after re-aggravating his hamstring injury in November.
He only played three games so far this season upon being acquired last year from the Houston Rockets in the Kevin Durant blockbuster deal.
With Green back, the Suns are poised to get even better. Behind the lead of Devin Booker and Dillon Brooks, Phoenix emerged as one of the surprise teams in the NBA with a 26-17 record.
