Besides White, the Wolves also reportedly inquired about the trade availability of Ayo Dosunmu and Tre Jones to the Bulls.
The Minnesota Timberwolves are fully intrigued by the backcourt pieces of the Chicago Bulls in a potential trade.

Besides previously pursuing Coby White, Joe Cowley of the Chicago Sun-Times revealed that the Timberwolves are also interested in Ayo Dosunmu and Tre Jones.
“Another trade partner for the Bulls to keep an eye on is the Timberwolves. They have star guard Anthony Edwards and his supporting cast of center Rudy Gobert and forwards Julius Randle, Jaden McDaniels and Naz Reid locked up for at least the next three seasons, but they have been shopping for a combo guard to play off Edwards, especially in the fourth quarter of games," Cowley wrote.
"The Sun-Times reported last month that the teams talked about a deal for White, but the Timberwolves also have inquired about Ayo Dosunmu and Tre Jones, too.”
The three of White, Dosunmu and Jones are key parts of the Bulls' guard depth, and it would be interesting to see who will eventually head out as the Feb. 5 trade deadline looms.
White appeared in 21 games this season, averaging 18.1 points and 4.5 assists. He is set to become an unrestricted free agent and the likeliest piece to be moved around by the Bulls.
Dosunmu is tallying 14.5 points and 3.6 assists per game, while Jones registers 12.3 points, 5.7 assists and 1.3 steals.
With star guard Josh Giddey serving as the new centerpiece of the franchise, the Bulls will look to retool for their future.
