Jalen Green needed just one game back in action to steal a defender’s ankles, and Philadelphia 76ers wing Quentin Grimes played the part of the victim in the Phoenix Suns’ 116-110 win on Tuesday.
Green brought the ball up the court with impressive rookie V.J. Edgecombe defending him and got a switch onto Grimes. Green faked a drive at Grimes and backed out, leaving Grimes reaching for the court.

Green finished with 12 points (4 for 11), two rebounds and three assists (one turnover) in 20 minutes in his first game back.
He came off the bench in the return and was on a minutes restriction.
Green had played just two games for Phoenix this season, reaggravating the hamstring injury that kept him out of the first eight contests in his second game back. He then missed the last 33 games before making the return on Tuesday.
He averaged 20.1 points per game over his first five career seasons with the Houston Rockets and played all 82 regular season games the previous two seasons.
