There is of course the pursuit of Rennes centre back Jeremy Jacquet. Blues fans have been all about the chase to sign Jeremy Jacquet so far this January transfer window, a story that is dragging on and has become one of those annoying sagas as the club struggle to get it tied up. Even though they seem to have player buy in on this deal, it is the fee that they are still struggling to agree with his club.

According to UOL in Brazil, as much as Rayan is their dream signing, Bournemouth have a Plan B, Kendry Páez, who belongs to Chelsea and on loan to Strasbourg.
Paez recall expected
Its been widely reported that Chelsea are looking to recall Paez from his current loan in France and then loan him back out to another team, with English clubs mentioned.
So this move could be fairly plausible to be honest, if the interest is of course correct.
