Chelsea star Enzo Fernandez is currently being linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge.
It is being reported that Real Madrid are keen on signing Fernandez and are delighted that there is a possibility of him arriving at the Santiago Bernabeu this summer.
However, Chelsea manager Liam Rosenior will not want the midfielder to leave west London.
Who would you like to see replace Enzo Fernandez if he leaves Chelsea this summer?

Liam Rosenior says Enzo Fernandez can play as a No.6, No.8 and No.10
Rosenior discussed Fernandez in detail, including the various midfield roles that he can play in.
The Englishman feels that the Argentine is capable of being deployed as a No.6, No.8 or No.10.
In his pre-match press conference, which has been shared by Chelsea’s official club website, Rosenior said: “He can score goals. He arrives really well in the box when he plays higher up as a forward running eight or a number ten in the pocket — he really does arrive well in the box. And a player of his level can do many different things.
“What I need to do, not just with Enzo, with all of the players, is find out what the chemistry is around his position. It’s not just him; it’s how other players work around him.
“But, for me, Enzo can play deeper as a six, which he did really well against Arsenal. I brought him on against Charlton as a pocket player and he did really well. That doesn’t surprise me because he’s an outstanding player.”
It already looks like Fernandez will be a key player for Rosenior after starting in Chelsea’s last two games. Fernandez has been suffering with illness, but that did not stop him from playing in his side’s 2-0 victory over Brentford last Saturday.
Despite being sick, the 25-year-old still managed to have a good game, providing the assist for Joao Pedro’s opener.

Enzo Fernandez’s best position
Since arriving at Chelsea from Benfica in 2023, Fernandez definitely has shown that he can operate in various midfield roles.
In some of Chelsea’s big games, Enzo Maresca liked using Fernandez as a No.10, while Moises Caicedo started in midfield alongside Romeo Lavia or Reece James.
Fernandez has the attacking ability to play there, but the Argentina international is also very good at dictating the tempo of the game and passing through the lines.
Playing as a No.8 allows Fernandez to do the above but also gives him the freedom to get into the box and score goals. All in all, then, that is probably his best position and the best way to use the World Cup winner in certain matches, such as ones against significantly weaker opposition.
