Everton are actively exploring opportunities to strengthen their attacking options ahead of the summer transfer window, with David Moyes keen to add experienced quality to his squad. The Toffees have navigated a challenging season so far, sitting comfortably clear of relegation danger while maintaining ambitions of pushing toward the European places.

With Jack Grealish’s loan spell from Manchester City set to expire at season’s end and summer signing Tyler Dibling still finding his feet following his £40 million move from Southampton, the club’s hierarchy recognizes the need for proven Premier League performers who can make an immediate impact.

Against this backdrop, Everton have emerged as one of four Premier League clubs tracking former Liverpool man Harry Wilson, who is set to become a free agent when his contract expires this summer according to one report. The 28-year-old Wales international has been Fulham’s standout performer this season, registering seven goals and four assists in 21 Premier League appearances. Wilson began his career at Liverpool, joining the Reds’ academy as an eight-year-old in 2005 before making two senior appearances for the club, including his debut against Plymouth Argyle in January 2017.

However, Everton face stiff competition for Wilson’s signature. Leeds United attempted to sign the Wrexham-born attacker during the summer transfer window, with a deal collapsing on deadline day after Fulham pulled the plug at the eleventh hour. Leeds retain a strong interest in Wilson, while Nottingham Forest and Sunderland are also monitoring his situation closely.

The winger is reportedly keen to move back to the north of England, which could work in Everton’s favor as they look to lure him to the blue side of Merseyside. His contract standoff with Fulham, where no extension has been agreed despite ongoing discussions, means he will be available on a free transfer when his deal expires.
