It was a night that actually threw up more questions about this Chelsea side, especially in the defensive third. Any Premier League side would have punished the Blues.
Wesley Fofana and Benoit Badiashile actually played quite well; it’s just the risky tactic of following your man that opened up spaces at Stamford Bridge.
Trevoh Chalobah takes David Luiz’s shirt after Chelsea win
Trevoh Chalobah has transformed his Chelsea career since returning from his loan spell with Crystal Palace, becoming a regular starter.

But he didn’t walk away from the game empty-handed after being given David Luiz’s shirt on his return to Chelsea, which he shared on his official Instagram story.

Why did Trevoh Chalobah get David Luiz’s shirt?
David Luiz and Trevoh Chalobah have never played a competitive match together, but they share a deeper connection through Luiz’s close friendship with Trevoh’s older brother, Nathaniel Chalobah.
Some of you may remember back in 2017, when Trevoh was just a teenager in the academy, David Luiz popped up in the comments of his Instagram Live to hype him up.
Chalobah is the polar opposite of Luiz on the field, though. He’s quiet and goes about his business in a very professional manner, whereas the former Chelsea man was a hot head who loved a confrontation.
Nevertheless, both are still fantastic defenders.
