£130M star confirms transfer plans as Chelsea seek stunning deal

Vinicius Jr has reiterated his desire to stay at Real Madrid beyond 2027, amid the many reports in the media that he is one player that the Chelsea board are interested in signing in the next transfer window

The Brazilian winger’s contract expires in the summer of next year but there has been alot of speculation in the media that he is one of the big stars that President Florentino Perez is open to letting go, if the right offer arrives.

The likes of CHELSEA, along with a number of Saudi Arabia clubs and PSG, are all reportedly interested in trying to get a deal done for the Brazilian, with reports suggesting that a fee of £130 million would be enough to wrap up a transfer.

However – amid all the speculation and rumours, Vinicius has now opened up and admitted that he would like to sign a new contract at Madrid and stay with the Spanish giants: “I want to stay here for a long time,” he said after Real’s win over Monaco.

“There’s also a lot of talk about my contract renewal because I have another year left. We’re very relaxed about it.

“I trust [Real Madrid president Florentino Perez], and he trusts me. We have a very good relationship, and we’ll sort things out at the right time. We’re in no hurry to do that.”

IcChelseanews Says…

Vinicius is a player that would frustrate the fans, is a man that will probably struggle in the Premier League and a player that could be a waste of money, he is a big name, but not the one that would improve us.

We will always be linked with players like this, but we are kind of hoping that he does not make the move to Stamford Bridge, it would not be worth the hassle.
