Toronto Raptors are reportedly willing to part ways with some combination of Immanuel Quickley, Jakob Poeltl, and RJ Barrett in a potential midseason trade.
The Toronto Raptors are reportedly ready to move some of their key players in order to make a game-changing trade this season.
According to Raptors reporter Josh Lewenberg, Toronto is willing to part with some combination of Immanuel Quickley, Jakob Poeltl, and RJ Barrett.
"TSN can confirm that Toronto appears willing to part with some combination of Immanuel Quickley, Jakob Poeltl, and RJ Barrett—or at least that’s the impression rival teams have gleaned from exploratory discussions," Lewenberg reports.
"That tracks, both because the Raptors would need to include one or two of those players to match salaries in any big trade, and because those contracts limit their financial flexibility moving forward," he adds.
The Raptors currently sit fourth in the Eastern Conference with a 27–19 record and could become serious playoff contenders with the addition of a potential star to their young roster.
