It’s a rather weird time at Chelsea right now after the departure of Enzo Maresca and Liam Rosenior trying to make things work.
Despite Enzo Maresca‘s exit from Stamford Bridge coming almost three weeks ago, it feels as if the situation still hasn’t fully moved on.
There were chants for Maresca at the protest held before the Brentford clash, which comes as no disrespect to Liam Rosenior, just a dig at the Chelsea owners.
To be fair to Rosenior, he’s handled everything like a true professional. He conducts himself very well and has picked up three wins out of four.
But even still after a positive start, there’s an air of uncertainty.
Who would you rather have as Chelsea manager right now?

Tim Sherwood says Chelsea fans are too negative
Tim Sherwood has taken up a career in punditry after leaving his role as Aston Villa manager over 10 years ago.
As a former Tottenham manager, it’s not often that a Chelsea fan would care about his opinion, but he’s come for the Blues of late.
Speaking on Sky Sports, he called out Chelsea fans for their reaction to Liam Rosenior’s appointment.
“On paper, that looks very good, doesn’t it? I just can’t get over the negativity around him by Chelsea fans.
“They’re entitled to their opinions, but I would like to know, when you take a job like that, when Liam’s left Strasbourg, because he’s done very well there, and he’s working for the group there, and he’s got the opportunity for the big job.”
What have you made of Liam Rosenior’s tactics so far?

Chelsea fans are naturally going to be skeptical
What Tim Sherwood doesn’t understand is that this is a club that are under the management of a group of owners who don’t always have their best interests at heart.
Enzo Maresca’s departure was met with a hugely negative reaction, and the first reaction when you see that BlueCo and Clearlake are bringing in one of their own men isn’t going to be a positive one.
As Jose Mourinho says, Chelsea is a club that is used to having proven names and ambitious managers who have at least showcased their talents on a good level before.
Whereas Liam Rosenior’s only real achievement is doing well at Strasbourg.
