A journalist has put some information out around some possible Chelsea transfer targets, pervious and current.
The Blues are weighing up some transfer options for the January transfer window as well as the summer transfer window.

They were supposed to be very quiet in the winter transfer window. However, it seems that they have decided to push ahead with some of the summer plans for now, and also try and offer some more cover in the midfield areas.
One big deal they have been trying to get done of course is signing centre back Jeremy Jacquet from Rennes this window. However, that looks to have reached a sticky point and at this moment, has not gone anywhere other than negotiating a fee.
As well as that, they are now in talks to sign midfielder Douglas Luiz on loan for the rest of the season. Luiz is currently on loan with Nottingham Forest from Juventus, so Chelsea are speaking with the Italian club it seems to see if they can loan him in.
There are some other rumours that have been sparking up – one was Atletico Madrid striker Julian Alvarez.

Chelsea are apparently looked at signing current Tottenham midfielder Joao Palhinha.
Journalist Alex Crook recently claimed that Chelsea opted against signing him when he was at Fulham because of his age.
Speaking on talkSPORT, Crook said: “There’s talk of a €100m price tag that Atletico have put on his [Julian Alvarez’s] head. It’s not really the Chelsea way because he’s 25, so he’s going to be 26 next birthday. I know they ruled out signing Joao Palhinha when he was at Fulham because at 26, they felt he was too old.”
Interesting info
I rate both players and wouldn’t mind seeing either at Chelsea to be honest, especially if it was in their prime.
I don’t think Chelsea will move for Alvarez though if that is the fee they will be quoted.
