Liam Rosenior has gotten a taste of every single challenge which faces the manager of Chelsea in the four games he has been in charge of.
Rosenior has taken charge of the Blues in all four competitions they are competing in already, winning three games and losing one against Arsenal in the EFL Cup.
The new boss is off to a winning start in the Premier League and Champions League, although the win against Pafos did little to excite Blues fans.

The Englishman has come across well in interviews and press conferences, despite being thrown into a role that is easily the biggest in his career.

Jamie Carragher thinks Liam Rosenior is being ‘overconfident’ at Chelsea
His persona has actually been a bigger talking point than what is occurring on the pitch at Stamford Bridge, and Jamie Carragher has not been too impressed with what he has seen.
He has told The Overlap that he believes Rosenior is coming across ‘overconfident’, and that he is putting on a front to impress the big egos in the Chelsea dressing room.
He said: “Do you know what he comes across to me, then? He comes across to me… I’m a bit like, f—— hell.
“I almost think he’s a little bit overconfident for where he’s been in his coaching journey. I’m a bit like, He speaks a little bit like he’s got all the answers.
“I was thinking, is he like that because I don’t know him that well, or is it almost that he’s got to put a little bit of a front on to almost go into that dressing room with these Chelsea players because I’ve only coached a Hull and Derby and so I’ve almost got to put this big front on.”

Carragher also questioning Rosenior’s tactics
The new manager has not had a lot of time on the training ground to work on tactics, however a few notable patterns have cropped up.
Carragher pointed out Wesley Fofana’s man-marking of Martin Odegaard as something he had never seen before, with it unclear if that will be a sustainable tactic.

The Liverpool icon does believe that Chelsea will not win the Premier League with Rosenior in charge, even though at this point he has just two weeks in charge of the club to his name.
As usual, the former Strasbourg manager is needing time to make things work at his new club, and realistically is already being given a tough ride by Carragher, who has not hidden his distaste for Chelsea in recent years.
