Prince Pavlos, the current head of the Hellenic royal family, took to Instagram to post about the day, which saw the baptism of three-month-old Robert – son of Pavlos' nephew, Robert Maximilian Getty, and his wife, Anna. The Prince described the ‘beautiful family service’ at Dormition Hamptons, a Greek Orthodox church, and announced that his daughter, Maria-Olympia, would be taking on godmother duties alongside Conrad Getty, Robert Maximilian's brother, who has been chosen as godfather.

The family connection is on Princess Marie-Chantal's side: her older sister, Pia, was married to Christopher Getty, grandson of industrialist John Paul Getty, whom she divorced in 2006. Together, they had four children – Isabel, Robert Maximilian, Conrad and Maximus.
