John Terry demands one “change” he wants to see in Liam Rosenior’s Chelsea “in the next few…

John Terry has been on TikTok (not something we ever thought we’d be saying) and has pointed out that he expects more development from Liam Rosenior’s team in the weeks to come.

“I want to see a little bit of change from Maresca’s team to Liam’s team in the next few weeks when he does get a bit more time to work with a group,” legendary former defender said.

“But the most important thing at the moment, especially in the London derby, is to pick up the three points.”

There’s no denying that we’re expecting more, and better, of course. We got 3 points against Pafos and against Brentford despite not showing much in terms of dynamic attacking football. Earning wins is all well and good (and is the most important thing), but eventually we’re going to need to see development as well as results if we ever want to get back to challenging for the top trophies.

But so far it’s just been game after game for the new coach. He’s probably had not a single session which wasn’t just match preparation or recovery. Any tactical ideas are going to have to wait until there’s at least a little time on the training pitch to work on them.
